Extreme cheat Scripts?

Hello guys,
the singleplayer versions of Da(i)yZ are very cool. The extreme cheat works good to :)
So i have a question and i dont find so an thread on this website.
So here is my question: Can i get scripts in the extreme cheat, for example spawn buildings?
Or are on the web other hacks for singleplayer that spawn buildings?
