Well I'm not sure it's normal, since one painkiller usually is enough.
I was using Kron's support call when experiencing this bug, I guess it somehow reactivate the Arma 2 injury system, wich is quite diffrent from the DayZ one.
I stopped using it on my last run, and since, nothing to report. I'll update if the glitch happens again.
