1.7.4.4+ Injurie Bug

I think it's related to the 1.7.4.4 update (either the code or the anim pbo);
I noticed that sometimes, after beeing hit by a gunshot, my character would react like in the vanilla arma game : I can't have a steady aim and I would hear him moaning. No bleedin', no broken leg or anything - meaning that I can't heal myself, even when using the cheat menu...
Does anyone know wich file to edit/how to edit it?
