where to get weapons and items/resources for daizy and i need help

Is thier a way to get more items/gear and more weapons for daizy?

Also anyone know how i can just get the epoch building system with no mods

Oh and is thier a way to make a seperet mission folders for each of my mods? I always get confused with thems?
