You DO realize that ArmA 2 is ALREADY free...? You can download the Free version on Steam (I think?), it just has low-res textures :3

Also, those are 2 completely different mods. BreakingPoint runs on 1.7.6.1, while the other obviously runs on 1.7.7.1. PLUS, a lot of scripts/addons haven't been updated to work properly with 1.7.7.1, so they can be very buggy and often times not work. We'll just have to wait for them to get updated :)
