how do i update my Daizy to 1.8?

I haven't played it in a while, and there is a new patch or update (not sure which one it is) but theres 1.8 and i cant find it, any help pelase?

If you are talking about the DayZ Update, download DayZ Commander > Install/Update > DayZ 2017 > Than pick the version that the mod page tells you to get.
