No entry config/cfgvehicles

hi, im trying to play breaking zero
but when I load up the game it says no entry config/cfgvehicles?

also, it will let me load up single player, then go into the game but when I do I get,

a totally blank map,
and a character with messed up arms?

please help

same probleme i got a stretch arms damn it
