Lost Key/CBA.... issues

I am just having way too much trouble installing these, whenever I think I've gotten it to work I always spawn in debug land. Does anyone have a link to a detailed install instruction or can anyone help? (edit: Things I have found say to add it to the mod list by doing something like -mod, @CBA, @Cheese, @DayZ, etc... but I have no idea how to do this)

get yourself a good arma 2 launcher just google arma 2 launcher and find one that works for you i suggest arma 2 launcher 1.4.1. or arma 2 launcher 3.1.1
