Lack of vehicles?

Is there a lack of vehicles or are they just rare? I found only two both needed four wheels. I've checked Balota, Stary Sobor, Novy Sobor, Vybor, NWAF, there just seems to be a lack of any vehicles. Are they moved at random or do the typical spawn points not matter with DaiZy?

The vehicle spawns are mostly as theyre in DayZ. Check dayzdb.com mao for some. Also check every gas station.
