Have I got Fade?!or is it a glitch?

Shane
OK,so I bought the game got it going after trial and error and lots of help. Now I lent it to a friend so he could see how cool the game is and we accidentally tried to log in at the same time,it obviously didn't work now I find out that "Remember Illegal copies will degrade" and I'm scared I've ruined my legitimate copy and or CD key!?
My friend has also now bought the game legitimately and loves it.

Possible symptoms of FADE? are: UD's/firing of rounds without hitting the the trigger button,(but I'm not sure if that's my mouse being dodgy),breaking legs while crawling through a doorway, randomly bleeding out without any apparent sound of gunfire, and pain not being cured when using painkillers.

The Unlawful Discharge situation has happened the most, the pain situation has happened twice and multiple pain killers were used both times to no avail, the other two situations have happened once.

CAN I MAKE THIS RIGHT?
IS THIS FADE?
Do I have to buy it again?

ANY help would be great I don't know where to start...

No, you don't have fade. The fade thing results in the graphics degrading rather than what you've experienced.

Crawling through doorways is a bit glitchy and this is why I never do it. I may have crawled up to the doorway, but I'll then crouch to walk through the door. If I crawl, I find that every now and then my legs will break or I'll just suddenly die for no reason.

I've never had the accidental discharge except in a very specific circumstance, so I think that's probably your mouse (is it wireless by any chance?). If I alt-tab out of the game, when I tab back in, often my gun will fire. I've had this happen to many friends too and I've even been killed by it (grrr).

The painkillers thing could be down to blood loss or fatigue. If you've been running for a while, you'll be shaking when you stop and painkillers won't help. When you're low on blood, you'll find your gun shakes periodically because of that and again painkillers won't help.

So you don't have any serial number problems. It's fine.
