Hardcore DayZ version

Im pretty sure that atleast a few people have heard about Hardcorps server,played by DevilDogGamer and was wondering if its possible to make a SP compatible mission of it . I would use a DayZ RSPB mission with those mods but most stuff like new weapons and vehicles wont spawn and Im not very good at editing the loot table. It isnt under any copyright either I thing. Since its basically only a mods converaion pack
