Difficulties With Player Respawning

Hello there,

Having just installed the DaiZy vanilla singleplayer mod this week, I've enjoyed it quite well, but noticed that it does not seem possible to respawn your character without restarting the entire map. (i.e restarting loot spawns, vehicle spawns, dead bodies, etc.) Is there a work-around for this, or am I experiencing some sort of bug? My troubleshooting and researching efforts have gotten me nowhere thus far. Any help would be appreciated.

As well, I think it would be useful for me to provide some extra information about my problem. I am running DayZ version 1.8.5, and using Play withSix Launcher to start the mod. When I die, the death screen and music plays, and I am given an option to "restart" or "team switch", neither of which bring me to the "player selection menu" which it states I should be able to access.

Hi Oxy Clean,

I'm pretty sure the behavior you describe is normal for DaiZy -  the only "respawn" option is to load a save game. The only other option is to restart the mission completely with a new character as you have already found.
