Actually, nevermind, you don't need an IP address.

Follow the instructions on page 1, then open DaiZy(NO OTHER MODS BUT DAIZY)
Go into multiplayer, the change the bottom-left to LAN.

Join the DaiZy one, the password is test.

Can I just ask, this is probably me being dumb, but what is the latest version with LAN playability? is it still the one titled "DaiZy+ v042b LAN Hotfix 2 release!"?

Well, you COULD run pretty much any mission in LAN, but things as saving/spawning are most likely screwed.
