These mods are written for ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead, not ArmA 3. I'm aware of the videos from people like Syndicate who show this working in ArmA 3, but it's buggy and does not work properly.

There's nothing anyone can do to help you run it in ArmA 3. Sorry.
