Can't repair vehicles.

Just as the subject says, in DayZ Chernarus SP, I cannot repair vehicles, and in fact? I don't think vehicle parts spawn in game, either. I've been playing for three days with no luck.

Any way to fix this, guys?

Can you give the exact release name since there are quite a few, and the best bet would problaly be to re-install the release, did you have a toolbox when attempting to repair?
