Bug in DayZ X zombies and item loot spawn delay?

Hello everyone! I have a problem, would you please help me? In DayZ X When I am in the game, it takes so long time that I can't find or see zombies in the map, what happens? And the items too. I'll be thankful if u could help. :) thanks in advance
