1.7.7.1 SP start loadout

i am wondering about how to change to start loadout so i can start with a Hatchet. i'm not sure which file i need to edit.

When I found my first AS50 I didn't have a clue what to do with it, same goes with flying a helicopter. After spending hours getting decent gear and fixing up a heli it seems a waste to loose it all in a few minutes.
